EverVisions Subscription & Automatic Refill Policy

This Subscription & Automatic Refill Policy (“Policy”) explains how our Refill & Save / Automatic Refills program works. It applies to all subscription purchases made through the EverVisions website.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

 


 

1. What “Refill & Save” Is (and Minimum Commitment)

Certain EverVisions products are offered with a Refill & Save (automatic refill) option.

By choosing Refill & Save at checkout, you:

  • Purchase the product on a recurring monthly basis, and

  • Authorize EverVisions to automatically charge your payment method every 30 days at the subscription price shown at checkout, and

  • Agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) subscription orders:

    • your initial subscription order, and

    • at least one additional refill order (your first renewal), 

before cancellation can fully take effect.

Refill & Save typically includes an additional discount (currently up to 25% off) compared to one-time purchases and/or other promotions. The exact subscription price for your plan is always displayed at checkout before you place your order.

 


 

2. Billing Frequency, Amount & Timing

Frequency

  • All current EverVisions subscriptions renew once per month, approximately every 30 days from the date your initial subscription order is processed, unless otherwise stated.

Billing & Charge Timing

  • Your first subscription order is charged immediately at checkout.

  • Your minimum commitment includes at least one additional renewal, which is automatically processed and charged around 30 days after your initial order date.

  • After that required first renewal, your subscription will continue to renew every 30 days until you cancel in accordance with this Policy.

  • Your saved payment method will be charged prior to each shipment on or around the renewal date.

Amount

  • Each renewal will be billed at the subscription price displayed at checkout for your plan, plus applicable taxes and fees.

  • Subscription pricing may differ from one-time purchase pricing and may reflect stacked discounts (e.g., a sale price plus Refill & Save discount).

By enrolling, you authorize EverVisions to automatically charge your payment method for:

  1. Your initial subscription order,

  2. At least one mandatory refill order, and

  3. Any subsequent renewals until you cancel under this Policy.

 


 

3. Price & Discount Changes

Subscription prices and discounts may change over time.

  • If we change the base subscription price for a product you are subscribed to, we will notify you in advance using the email address on file.

  • The notice will state the new subscription price and the effective date for your next renewal.

  • If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date, subject to the minimum commitment in Section 1.

  • If you do not cancel, your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the new price.

Promotions, coupons, and other temporary discounts may start or end without notice. Your Refill & Save discount only applies while your subscription is active and may differ if you cancel and later re-enroll.

 


 

4. Processing & Shipping for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

In general:

  • Subscription orders are processed and fulfilled within approximately 1–3 business days.

  • After fulfillment and handoff to the carrier, standard shipping usually takes approximately 7–14 business days.

  • All delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping and contact information. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or outdated information.

 


 

5. Self-Service Subscription Management (Primary & Fastest Method)

The fastest and most reliable way to manage or cancel your subscription is to do so yourself via our self-service tools.

You can access your subscription by:

  • Clicking “Manage Refills” in the footer of our website, or

  • Using the login link provided in your order or subscription emails, or

  • Logging in from the product page with the email used for your order and selecting Manage Subscription / Manage Refills.

From your account portal, you can:

  • View active subscriptions

  • Change your next renewal date (where available)

  • Update billing or shipping information

  • Submit a cancellation of your subscription (subject to the minimum commitment and timing rules below)

Self-service changes take effect immediately for future renewals once successfully completed.

Important: Self-service cancellation only controls future renewals.
It does not cancel any order that has already been processed.

 


 

6. Cancellation Terms, Minimum Commitment & Cut-Off

6.1 Minimum Commitment

By enrolling in Refill & Save, you agree to:

  • Receive and pay for your initial subscription order, and

  • Receive and pay for at least one additional refill order (first renewal).

If you submit a cancellation request before your first renewal order has been processed:

  • Your cancellation will be recorded,

  • You will still be charged for and receive that first renewal order to satisfy the minimum commitment, and

  • Your cancellation will take effect for future renewals after that first renewal has been processed.

6.2 After the Minimum Commitment

After your initial order and first renewal have both been processed:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the self-service portal.

  • To prevent an upcoming future renewal from being created, you must complete cancellation at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.

6.3 No Cancellation of Orders Already Processed

Once a subscription order (initial or renewal) has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you cancel after an order has already been processed, that order will still be shipped and charged.

  • Your cancellation will apply only to future renewals that have not yet been processed.

If you missed the cut-off:

  1. Wait for the package to be delivered, and

  2. After delivery, email us at supportforevervisions@gmail.com within the time limits in our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on next steps (including whether a return is eligible).

Submitting a cancellation request or sending an email that says “cancel” or “stop my subscription” does not cancel an order that has already gone through.

 


 

7. Customer Support & Manual Cancellation (Backup Only)

Our customer service team exists to help you use the self-service tools, not to bypass them.

  • Front-line support agents do not have direct access to your billing profile to cancel orders that have already been processed.

  • When you email us asking to cancel, we will first send you step-by-step instructions (similar to the email you provided) so you can log in and cancel your own subscription. This is the fastest method.

In rare cases where:

  • You cannot access your email or account, or

  • There is a technical issue preventing self-service cancellation,

support may submit a manual cancellation request to our internal team as a last resort. Manual cancellations:

  • Only affect future renewals that have not been processed, and

  • Are not effective until you receive written confirmation from us.

Manual review does not override the rule in Section 6.3:
we cannot cancel or stop shipment of any order that has already gone through.

 


 

8. Returns, Refunds & Subscription Orders

Subscription orders (initial and renewal) are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • You generally have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Returns are typically limited to the unused portion of your order. Completely used or empty products are not eligible.

  • All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and if we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Subscription renewal charges (including the required first renewal) are not automatically refundable, especially when an order has already been processed and shipped.

  • Initiating a chargeback without following the return procedure or after consuming the product is a violation of the Terms of Service and may be considered Unjust Enrichment.

If you miss the cancellation window and an order goes through:

  1. Wait for the shipment to arrive.

  2. Email us at supportforevervisions@gmail.com with your order details.

  3. We will provide instructions consistent with our Return & Refund Policy, including whether your order is eligible for a return.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds, store credits, or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis, but we are under no obligation to do so.

9. Multiple Subscriptions

You may hold more than one active subscription at a time (different products, or the same product to different addresses). Each subscription:

  • Has its own minimum commitment, and

  • Renews, bills, and ships independently under this Policy.

 


 

10. Transparency & Non-Deceptive Enrollment

EverVisions does not enroll customers in subscriptions without consent.

  • Subscription options, pricing, monthly frequency, and the minimum commitment of two orders are presented in the offer copy and/or at checkout.

  • You must actively select the Refill & Save option to enroll.

If you believe you were enrolled in a subscription in error, contact us at supportforevervisions@gmail.com so we can review your account and help resolve the issue.

 


 

11. Customer Responsibility

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You reviewed the subscription price, monthly billing frequency, and minimum commitment at checkout.

  • You understand that:

    • Orders cannot be canceled once processed, and

    • Cancellations affect future renewals only.

  • It is your responsibility to log in and manage or cancel your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue after the minimum commitment.

  • Failure to read or open emails (including confirmations or reminder emails) does not invalidate valid charges processed under this Policy.

  • Simply sending an email that says “cancel” or “stop” does not cancel an already-processed order.

 


 

12. Contact & Dispute Resolution

For questions about your subscription, billing, or cancellation:

Response Time: We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

You agree to contact EverVisions and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing or subscription issue before initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

 


 

13. Governing Law

This Subscription & Automatic Refill Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and is subject to the Governing Law and Dispute provisions in our Terms of Service.
